For me, “Nutrition looks good on you” isn’t just a catchy slogan—it’s a reminder that everyone deserves access to adequate nutrition, no matter what form. This phrase has always helped me to remember that every form of nourishment is valid and beautiful!!
Throughout my health journey I have faced great complications associated with malnutrition, had surgeries to try to restore my bodies ability to eat, and relied on various forms of nutritional support. Whether nourishing my body with TPN, tube feeds, supplement drinks, or a combination, each step of my health journey has reaffirmed one truth: nutrition, in any form, has a vital place in healing.
